How are the Neopoints obtained?
The Neopoints are obtained legitly from stocks, restocking, and playing games. If my neopoints at hand aren't enough to fulfill your order, I have a couple of friends(retired Neopets players) who can provide the Neopoints needed. I can assure you that the Neopoints involved in our trade will all be legit so you would have a small chance of getting frozen.

How do I pay you?
As of now, we are accepting Paypal, Western Union and Moneygram payments. For small amounts, we're accepting Paypal. But if we're dealing with a large amount, we'll appreciate it if we could do it via Western Union or Money Gram. To send us payment through Paypal, you just have to go to our 'Buy Neopoints' there then choose how much Neopoints you would want to buy. To pay us through Western Union or Moneygram, you could do it online or through a branch. Most of our customers do it through the branches though, because they said that it's easier and better than doing it online. Sending through Moneygram or Western Union won't take long. They only take a few minutes. And you don't have to worry about us scamming you, because you would have a tracking number to track the money you have sent. How do we do the deal?
First, you have to decide on which method you want to use. It's either through shops, through trades, or through items. If you choose shops, place items in your shop for 99999 each, the quantity depending on how much you buy. If you prefer to use trades, place junk items on the Trading Post and we will just bid on them. Always keep in mind though, the highest a person can bid on a lot is only 800k, so just do the math on how many lots you'll create. And last but not the least, the item method is done by telling us the item you want and your username so we can send you the item you want.
After getting the items ready, go to the 'Contact Us' page and place your Name in the 'Name' box, 'Paypal email' in the 'Email' box and place your shop link, trading post link, or item wanted in the message box. After that, just wait for your NPs, we deliver orders quickly, don't worry ;)
We will be delivering your Neopoints once we confirmed your payment.

How long would the delivery take?
The delivery usually would take 1-24 hours maximum depending on the time you send your payment. It is because of the different time zones we are on. We guarantee you though, if the delivery takes more than 24 hours, you'll be getting 100k for free, if you gave us your shop link, Trading post link or item name on time, of course, because these are usually the common reasons for late delivery ;)

Do I get discounts if I buy a lot?
Yes, you will. It depends on how much you buy though. The prices on our 'Buy Neopoints' page are the only the basic discounts. If you buy more, you'll get more discounts. If the amount you want to buy is not listed on our 'Buy Neopoints' page, go to the contact us page and tell us how much Neopoints you want to buy and we can negotiate the price ;)

Your prices are too high compared to other sites. Why is this so?!
Well, first of all, our Neopoints are legit, which is very hard to obtain, so we price the Neopoints according to the efforts we spent in obtaining them. Some other sites are selling ILLEGIT Neopoints labelled as legit to attract customers, which we understand is very wrong because it could get your account frozen. Secondly, some other sites, though we're not saying all, are reported by some of our customers as scammers. And they mentioned that those scam sites sold their Neopoints cheaply. So, to make things short, these Neopoints are not expensive at all. Some Neopoints were even sold for 40+ USD for a million on Ebay before. We price our Neopoints this way for our efforts and for you to feel safe. Neopoints priced very cheaply is often a warning of a scam. But of course, if you want to make sure and want to take the risk, feel free to try other sites that sell Neopoints for cheap ;)

I got frozen *insert angry words here*
Even though we try to avoid getting our customers frozen, there's still this chance that you could get frozen. We won't be held responsible for it because in buying Neopoints, both parties take the risk when they made the deal.

OMG! My Paypal account got hacked and the hacker bought Neopoints from your site! I want my money back!!!
First of all, things like this usually don't happen. People who say these kinds of things are usually scammers who try to get their money back after receiving and enjoying their order. If you are one of those people really unlucky to have their Paypal accounts hacked, then I'm sorry but we can't refund your orders. We have done our responsibility(sending your order) and anything else that had happened is beyond our control and isn't our fault. It's is YOUR responsibility to keep your account safe from hackers so it isn't fair to let us take the consequences of your actions.

How do you avoid scammers? Or how would you deal with them, if someone does scam you?
Well, let's just say we have our ways ;) If you're a scammer, don't even try fooling with us because we know how to get the police involved even in an internet game currency. We will also be able to track you down just by your coming to the site. So, don't even try ;) But if you're one of those honest buyers, you don't have anything to fear. We won't be wasting our time tracking down everyone who comes to our site. We just do that to "special people" aka scammers :).
